For one of our clients in the high technology sector (semiconductor) we seek candidates for a senior position as Vice President Intellectual Property Services.
Location: Canada, Ottawa.

The Vice President, Intellectual Property Services drives the development and implementation of a business unit strategy that supports the realization of the organization’s long term goals.  Your solid foundation in technology patent portfolio management, customer relations and service delivery will enable you to drive our IP Services business to new levels of success.
 
The Vice President, Intellectual Property Services is an active member of our senior management team and a trusted leader for a talented team of multi-disciplinary professionals. An excellent communicator, the successful candidate will use their background related to the semiconductor or microelectronics industry and patent licensing and litigation to understand our clients and deliver products and services that are second to none.
 
The Vice President will partner with our VP, Sales to ensure delivery above our clients’ expectations.  They will work together to continue to grow our IP services business thorough direct client involvement, recognition of future client requirements and awareness of industry trends.
 
A proven track record of leading large teams and ability to travel is a must.
